Personal Data

We’ll use your information for account creation, notifications, order fulfillments, and marketing purposes (with consent)
Payment Information
We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., PayProGlobal and PayPal) and do not store full payment details on our servers. However, we receive some information about your transaction from our payment partners.
We keep records of transaction details such as the amount, currency, and date of transaction, but do not store full payment card details. You’ll need to check our third-party partners privacy policy regarding this.
Technical Data
Upon using our applications (services), we collect IP Address, Device Name & Fingerprint (Hashed), Browser Type & Version and Operating System. We use this information for security, analytics, license verification, and fraud prevention while interacting with our website and applications.
Usage Data
License Usage: We monitor the time of activity, the device used, and the IP address to ensure compliance with our licensing agreements. We do not save any sensitive device data, and even hardware data & fingerprints are hashed before sending to our server. This means we have no way of finding the hardware specs you use. However, this may differ in applications, and some applications can send a complete debug log and device information if the user consents.
Activity Logs: We record actions taken on our site, including pages visited, items viewed or added to the cart, and the time spent on each page. This is used to understand your needs and experiences. We also log activity time, IP and device information in case of using our applications.
Comments: When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, as well as the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string, to help detect spam.
An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.
Media: If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Analytics and tracking
We use analytics services to understand better how our visitors interact with our website and to improve our services. We primarily use industry-leading tools such as Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to track users and understand their behaviors.
